摘要
人性假设代表一门学科理论的基本出发点、命题特征与逻辑倾向,并以此影响理论建构与实践。“经济人”假设在教育理论与教育实践中具有深远影响,却陷入了从“个人利益最大化”的经济学假设起点推导“教以成人”教育目的的逻辑悖论,“经济人”逻辑指导下的教育实践显性资源收益性导向违背了育人的初衷、短周期的反馈形式加剧了教育实践的短视、单一的培养目标造就了单向度的人等问题,使其虽具有较高接受度但却易使教育实践走向功利主义。“教育人”是基于教育理论与实践提出的人性假设,“教育人”逻辑更具教育实践与教育学的“合理性”,更符合新时代对教育提出的新要求。通过宏观层面遵循新时代对教育的新导向,中观层面构建牵引性教育反馈机制,微观层面明晰协整性教育多元评价体系相结合,最终达到以经济实践手段促进教育目标、实现“教以成人”的核心目的。
The humanity hypothesis represents the basic starting point,propositional characteristics and logical tendency of a discipline theory,and influences the theoretical construction and practitioners’practice.The“economic man”hypothesis has profound influence in educational theory and practice,but it is caught in the logical paradox of deriving the educational purpose of“education making people complete”from the starting point of economic hypothesis of“maximizing personal interests”.The explicit direction of resource profitability of educational practice guided by the logic of“economic man”violates the original intention of educating people,short-term feedback forms have exacerbated the blind obedience of educational practice,and a single goal of training has brought up one-way people and other major problems.While it has a higher degree of acceptance,it has led educational practice to utilitarianism.“educational man”is a humanity hypothesis based on educational theory and practice,the logic of“educational man”is more“reasonable”of educational practice and pedagogy,and more in line with the new requirements for education in the new era.By following the new direction of education in the new era at the macro level,constructing a traction education feedback mechanism at the meso level,and combining the multi-level evaluation system of co-integrity education at the micro level,we will finally achieve the core purpose of“education making people complete”by means of economic practice.
