粤港澳大湾区产业创新生态重构机理与路径选择 被引量:7

Mechanism and Path Selection of Industrial Innovation Ecological Reconstruction in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area

摘要 基于田野式调查与学界相关研究成果抽象出大湾区产业创新生态重构的战略取向与路径选择。研究表明,应完善"知识经济-参与主体-商业经济"为循环的生态重构机理,构建基于全球化生产体系、国家创新与治理体系的大湾区产业集群创新生态价值网,打造粤港澳大湾区资源统筹、产业与创新协同的高度合作的共同体,驱动技术与市场双颠覆,是实现粤港澳大湾区产业发展由"创造性破坏"向"破坏性创造"转变的策略选择,最后提出相关政策建议。 Based on the field investigation and the extraction of relevant research results, this paper abstracts the strategic orientation and path selection of industrial innovation ecological reconstruction in Greater Bay Area. The research shows that we should improve the ecological reconstruction mechanism of "knowledge economyparticipants-commercial economy" as the cycle, build the innovation ecological value network of industrial clusters in Greater Bay Area based on the global production system and national innovation and governance system, build a highly cooperative community of resource planning, industry and innovation coordination in Greater Bay Area, and drive the double subversion of technology and market. It is a strategic choice for the industrial development of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao to transform from "creative destruction" to "destructive creation". Finally, some relevant policy suggestions are put forward.
