摘要
文中提出了一种应用于126 kV真空灭弧室的新型触头结构,对其电弧特性进行了分析。该触头由内部弧触头和外部主触头构成,弧触头是一对直径为100 mm的3/4匝线圈型纵磁触头,燃弧时能产生纵向磁场有效控制电弧;主触头是一对直径140 mm的环形平板触头,其结构简单,电阻较小。合闸状态导通额定电流时,主触头和弧触头均有电流流过。开断故障电流时,外部主触头先分闸,使电流转移至内部弧触头。电流转移后,内部弧触头再进行分闸操作,从而使真空电弧主要在内部弧触头上产生和燃烧。文中对该新型触头进行了燃弧实验与分析,实验结果表明此新型触头可以有效控制真空电弧,并且真空电弧对主触头的烧蚀较为轻微;通过增大内外触头的垂直高度差,真空电弧更晚的扩散至外部主触头,对外部主触头的烧蚀减轻。
A kind of novel contact structure for 126 kV vacuum interrupter is proposed and its arc characteristic is analyzed in this paper.The contact consists of an inner arcing contact and an outer main contact.The former is a pair of 3/4 turns coil-type axial magnetic contact with diameter of 100 mm which,in case of arcing,can generate longitudinal magnetic field to effectively control the arc.While,the latter is a pair of butt type contact with diameter of140mm,simple structure and small resistance.In case of conducting rated current at closed condition,the current flows through both the main contact and arcing contact.In case of interrupting fault current,the outer main contact opens first and keeps the current commutate to the inner arcing contact.After the current commutation,the inner arcing contact performs opening operation again;thereby the vacuum arc generates and burns mainly in the inner arcing contact.In this paper,the arcing experiment and analysis for the novel contact is carried out.It is shown by the experiment result that the novel contact can control vacuum arc effectively and the of the ablation of the vacuum arc on outer main contact is slight.By way of increasing vertical height difference between the inner arcing contact and the outer main contact,the vacuum arc expands to the outer main contact later and alleviates the ablation of the outer main contact.
