摘要
目的:观察腰椎间盘突出症术后采用补肾活血方辅助治疗的效果。方法:选择78例腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料进行分析。根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组术后给予常规康复训练;观察组在对照组基础上给予补肾活血方辅助治疗。比较两组治疗前后的腰椎功能、疼痛程度、生活质量及治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后的JOA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗效果优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的SF-3评分优于对照组,其VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎间盘突出症术后采用补肾活血方辅助治疗的效果较好,值得临床推广。
Objective Analyze the effect of supplementary treatment with Bushen Huoxue Decoction for lumbar disc herniation after operation.Methods The clinical data of 78 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital were selected for analysis.According to the treatment method,they are divided into observation group and control group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training after operation,and the observation group was given supplementary treatment with Bushen Huoxue Decoction on this basis.The lumbar spine function,pain degree,quality of life and treatment effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The JOA score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The treatment effect of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The SF-3 score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and its VAS score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of supplementary treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with Bushen Huoxue Decoction is ideal and worthy of promotion.
