摘要
作为中东铁路商务委员的А.П.鲍洛班在侨居中国任职期间对中国东北尤其是北部地区进行了以经济调查为主的研究活动,出版了《北满垦务农业志》《中东铁路商务代表А.П.鲍洛班1911年关于中东铁路所影响的北满地区垦务的调查报告》和《齐齐哈尔经济概述》等著作,是20世纪初俄国学者出版的研究中国东北农业和城市经济的最重要成果,极具史料与学术价值。俄侨学者А.П.鲍洛班也因此成为20世纪初俄国著名汉学家,彪炳史册。
A.P.Boruoban,a committee member in charge of commerce of the Middle East Railway,conducts research activities during his tenure in China for mainly investigating the economic development in Northest,especically the Northan region in China,and publishes several works,like North Manchuria Reclamation Agriculture,A Report on Investigtating the Impact on North Manchuria Reclamation in 1911 by A.P.Boruoban,a Commercial Representative of Middle East Railway,and The summary of Economy in Qiqihar.These works are Russian scholars’most important research achievements on agricuture and urban economy in Northeast China at the beginning of the 20th century,thus being of great historical and academic value.Russian overseas scholar A.P.Boruoban has therefore become a famous Russian Sinologist in the early 20th century,and his merit will shine throughout history.
