摘要
目的探讨高通量血液透析(HFHD)对糖尿病肾病患者氧化应激及微炎症状态的影响。方法选取会昌县人民医院2018年1月—2020年1月收治的糖尿病肾病患者72例,以治疗方式不同分为参照组与研究组,各36例。参照组予以低通量血液透析,研究组予以HFHD。2组均接受6个月的血液透析。比较2组治疗前后氧化应激因子[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSHPx)]、微炎症因子[白介素6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)]。结果治疗前2组SOD、GSHPx、IL-6、TNF-α及hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组SOD、GSHPx水平高于治疗前,且研究组SOD、GSHPx水平高于参照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组IL-6、TNF-α与hs-CRP水平低于治疗前,且研究组IL-6、TNF-α与hs-CRP低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者予以HFHD治疗,可有效改善患者氧化应激反应与微炎症状态。
Objective To investigate the impact on oxidative stress and microinflammatory state of high flux hemodialysis(HFHD)on patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods A total of 72 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were selected from January 2018 to January 2020 in Huichang County People’s Hospital,which were divided into reference group and study group according to different treatment methods,36 cases in each group.The reference group was given low flux hemodialysis,the research group was given HFHD.Both groups received hemodialysis for 6 months.Oxidative stress factors(SOD,GSHPx),microinflammatory factors(IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,the levels of SOD,GSHPx,IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of SOD and GSHPx in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of SOD and GSHPx in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of IL-6,TNF-αand hs-CRP in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with diabetic nephropathy were treated with HFHD,which can effectively improve oxidative stress response and microinflammatory state.
