超高水材料封孔技术在西冯街煤业的应用 被引量:1

Application of Hole Sealing Technology with Ultra High Water Material in Xifengjie Coal Industry

摘要 针对西冯街煤业3号煤安全回采,分析了瓦斯抽采钻孔漏气机理,按裂隙发育程度不同从孔口到孔底分为四个区,其中卸压区和塑性变形区是封孔的关键区域。在理论计算基础上,通过钻屑法确定封孔深度为15 m,在实验室和工作面进行了超高水材料和水泥浆液封孔对比试验。结果表明,采用超高水材料封孔,孔口负压和瓦斯浓度衰减较小,并且工艺简单,成本低,是一种理想的封孔材料。 Aiming at the safe mining of the No.3 Coal in Xifengjie Coal Industry,the mechanism of gas leakage in gas drainage boreholes is analyzed.According to the different degree of fracture development,it is divided into four areas from the orifice to the bottom of the hole,in which the pressure relief area and plastic deformation area are the key areas for hole sealing.On the basis of theoretical calculation,the depth of hole sealing was determined to be 15 m by drilling cuttings method.The comparative test of hole sealing with ultra-high water material and cement slurry was carried out in laboratory and working face.The results show that the ultra-high water material is an ideal sealing material because of its simple process and low cost.
