摘要
由于受到“性别刻板印象”以及社会性别文化的影响,女大学生的人格具有一定特殊性,她们同样对中国特色社会主义现代化建设事业肩负重大使命和责任。本文基于这一背景,对新时代女大学生人格发展的现实状况进行调研、归纳,对女大学生人格发展过程中存在的主要问题进行分析,并且提出了构建女大学生理想人格的系统方法,旨在帮助她们树立正确的价值观,从而实现全面发展,最终成长为可以担当民族复兴大任的时代新人。
The personality of female students has certain peculiarities due to the influence of gender stereotypes and the gender culture of society.Like male students,they are responsible for the construction of socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics.Based on this background,this paper describes the reality of the personality development of female university students in the new era and analyses the main problems in the process of personality development of female students.At the same time,a systematic approach to the construction of the ideal personality of female university students is proposed,aiming to help them establish correct values,so as to achieve their all-round development and enable them to grow up to be the new generation of the times who can take up the great responsibility of national rejuvenation.
