钢桥面铺装保护层SMA级配优化试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对内蒙古呼和浩特市海拉尔东街—海拉尔西街—金海路改造提升工程,为提高钢桥面保护层SMA密水性能,对用于钢桥面铺装保护层的改性沥青SMA进行级配优化研究。通过对比分析SMA与GA级配特点,试验验证了SMA级配优化后混合料马歇尔稳定度、车辙性能和密水性能,进一步优化得到兼具SMA的基本性能和GA优异密水性能的钢桥面铺保护层SMA级配。优化后双层SMA组合结构有效解决了钢桥面铺装工程保护层密水性能问题,为该改造提升工程提供了技术支撑。 For the renovation and upgrading project of Hailar East Street-Hailar West Street-Jinhai Road in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia,grading optimization is studied on modifier asphalt SMA for the protective layer of steel bridge deck pavement,to improve SMA waterproof function for the protective layer of steel bridge deck.By a constrastive analysis of SMA and GA gradaing,the Marshall stability,rutting performance and waterproof performance after optimization of SMA grading are verified,SMA grading of protective layer of steel bridge deck is optimized and obtained with SMA basic performance and excellent GA waterproof performance.After optimization,double-layer SMA composite structure solve the problem of waterproof performance of the protective layer of steel bridge deck pavement,which provides technical support for this reconstruction and upgrading project.
