摘要
猫的上呼吸道感染是多种病原体导致的感染性疾病,一般情况下,急性发病的病例很少见于独猫家庭,常见于救助站、社区、猫舍及多猫家庭,以出现急性呼吸道与眼部症状为特征,患病动物可能存在慢性感染。通过对接诊的病猫进行临床症状检查、血常规检查、快速诊断试剂盒检查、粪便常规检查、X射线检查、超声检查以及眼鼻分泌物、腹水检查等,确诊为杯状病毒、支原体感染并伴有腹水。经对症治疗和支持疗法后病猫逐渐恢复正常。
Cat's upper respiratory tract infection is the infectious disease caused by variety of pathogens.Under normal circumstances,cases of acute onset are rare in one-cat households,common in shelters,communities,cat shelters,multi-cats homes,which are characterized by acute respiratory and ocular symptoms,some exist chronic infection.The sick cats are checked for clinical symptoms,blood routine examination,rapid diagnostic kit examination,routine stool examination,x-ray check,ultrasound examination and eye and nasal secretions,ascites examination.The diagnosis is calicivirus and mycoplasma infection with ascites.After symptomatic treatment and supportive therapy,the cat gradually return to normal.
