摘要
为促进防错技术在供应商管理中的应用,减少人为错误的产生,降低不合格物料下线生产的概率,加强对供应商的监督和管理,分析了防错及分级,从目视化帮助、防错、防呆三个等级举例说明防错技术在供应商管理中的应用。
In order to promote the application of error-proof technology in supplier management,reduce the production of human error,decrease the probability of unqualified materials,and strengthen the supervision and management of the supplier,the research analyzes the error-proof and classification.From visual assistance,error-proof and Poka-yoke,the research illustrates the application of error-proof technology in the supplier management.
