摘要
为探究阿尔巴尼亚岩沥青(Albanian rock asphalt,ARA)改性沥青的流变特性和抗老化性能,利用灰色关联熵对制备工艺加以优化,采用多应力蠕变回复试验(MSCR)和弯曲梁流变(BBR)试验,对旋转薄膜烘箱加热老化试验(RTFOT)和压力老化试验(PAV)前后的ARA改性沥青各项指标进行对比,探讨不同ARA掺量对不同老化条件下各项性能的影响。研究结果表明,ARA改性沥青具有优异的高温、低温流变性能和储存稳定性。采用灰色关联熵分析,剪切温度在150℃以上时,各制备工艺参数对ARA改性沥青性能的影响程度排序为:剪切时间>剪切速率>剪切温度。推荐关键工艺参数为:剪切时间40~50 min,剪切速率4000~4500 r/min,剪切温度160~170℃。随ARA掺量增加,改性沥青的抗老化性能逐渐增加,综合考虑推荐ARA掺量15%~20%。ARA掺量为15%和20%的改性沥青软化点差显著降低,具有良好的储存稳定性。
In order to study the rheological properties and anti-aging performance of Albanian rock asphalt(ARA) modified asphalt,preparation process is optimized using grey correlation entropy.DSR,MSCR and BBR tests are used to compare the indexes of ARA modified asphalt before and after RTFOT and PAV tests.The effects of different ARA content on mixture performance are investigated under different aging conditions.The results show that ARA modified asphalt has excellent storage stability and rheological performance at high and low temperature.By grey relational entropy analysis,when shear temperature is above 150 ℃,the effect of preparation parameters on the performance of ARA modified asphalt sorting as fellows:shear time>shear speed> shear temperature.The recommended key technological parameters are:shear time 40-50 mins,shear rate 4 000-4 500 r/min and shear temperature 160-170 C.With the increase of ARA content,the aging resistance of modified asphalt increases gradually,and the recommended ARA content is 15-20%.Modified asphalt with 15% and 20% ARA content has significantly reduced softening point difference and has good storage stability.
