摘要 石墨炉原子吸收光谱法作为一种重要的重金属检测方法,被广泛应用于粮食中镉、铅和铬等的分析检测中。文章阐述了采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定粮食中重金属元素的质量控制措施,包括玻璃器皿、试剂的控制措施,仪器条件的控制措施以及对结果的内部质量控制措施,涵盖测试过程的各个环节和细节,以期为采用该方法对粮食中重金属进行分析检测的人员提供借鉴。 GFAAS,as an important method for the determination of the heavy metals,had been widely used in the determination of cadmium,lead and chromium in grain.The quality control measurement in the determination of the heavy metals in grain by GFAAS were described.It included glassware,reagents,the instrument condition and the internal quality control for the results.Which covered almost all details of the testing process.It was expected to provided some reference for the person who used this method to test the heavy metals in grain.
