摘要
目的:观察雷珠单抗联合眼底激光治疗对糖尿病视网膜的病变患者的临床应用的疗效。方法:糖尿病有视网膜病变的患者一共70例,收集的患者为我院住院患者,随机的均分,对照组用眼底激光治疗,观察组用雷珠单抗联合眼底激光治疗。治疗后,患者的视野变化情况、眼底照相、荧光造影、不良反应、复发的情况仔细分析以及观察。结果:两组患者在治疗后病情均有所改善,且观察组出血斑、视野灰度、血管瘤等治疗效果与对照组比较差异显著;且观察组没有不良反应且复发率也低。结论:患者在用雷珠单抗联合眼底激光治疗后,对患者的临床症状有改善。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of razumab combined with fundus laser in the treatment of diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 70 patients with diabetic retinopathy were enrolled in this study.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group treated with fundus laser and observation group treated with razumab combined with fundus laser.After treatment,the patients’visual field changes,fundus photography,fluorescein angiography,adverse reactions,recurrence were carefully analyzed and observed.Result After treatment,the condition of the two groups were improved,and the treatment effect of bleeding spot,visual field gray scale,hemangioma in the observation group was significantly different from that in the control group,and the observation group had no adverse reactions and low recurrence rate.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of the patients were improved after treatment with razumab combined with fundus laser.
