摘要
针对钢渣在热焖翻渣、粉化、出渣等处理过程中产生的无组织排放和含尘水蒸气,某钢铁企业通过引进消化再创新,通过气幕、除尘系统、脱水系统,结合炼钢热焖车间现场生产环境状况进行改造创新,从而达到粉尘达标排放的要求。
Aiming at the fugitive emissions and dusty water vapor generated during the treatment of slag turning,pulverization,and slagging,a steel company introduced,digested and re-innovated through the combination of air curtains,dust removal systems,and dehydration systems.The on-site production environment of the steel-making hot stewing workshop was transformed and innovated to meet the requirements of dust emission standards.
