摘要
国家职业教育标准要求各职业院校结合区域经济发展和学校育人特色,构建并创新校级标准。具体在制定校级标准过程中,需深入对接市场岗位需求和用人标准,通过“四步五层”校级标准体系构建思路,通过“深入调研—研讨分析—顶层设计—开发制定—专家论证—实践检验—修改完善”七步法,建立不同层面的校级标准,力求解决以往校级标准特色不明、体系不完善、与实践操作脱离等问题,真正发挥标准体系在人才培养全过程的指导和规范作用。
All vocational colleges are required to build and innovate college-level standards based on the national standard system,with a combination of regional economic development and college characteristics.Specifically,in the process of formulating college-level standards,building a deep connection with the demand in the job market and employment standards is needed,through the"Four Steps and Five Levels"college-level standard system construction,followed by the"in-depth research-discussion and analysis-top-level design-formulation and development-expert argumentation-practice test-modification and improvement"seven steps,thus a college-level standard system in all its aspects can be established.It is aimed at solving the problems like unclear characteristics,deficient system as well as separation from practical operation of the past college-level standard systems,and giving full play to the guiding and normative role of the standard system in the whole process of talents cultivation.
