摘要 针对热轧带钢断面中部“双峰”问题,通过多功能仪C形架横移、C形架下臂罩壳温度测量、头尾多功能仪标准化曲线等对比试验,明确了带钢断面中部“双峰”产生的机理,通过在多功能仪下臂罩壳附近增加气雾冷却,有效解决了误检测问题。针对计划中后期局部高点、M形断面等问题,通过窜辊策略和轧制计划优化,使断面降级量从月均243 t降至51 t。 Aiming at the problem of"double peaks"in the middle profile of hot strip steel,the mechanism of"double peaks"in the middle profile of hot strip steel was clarified through comparative tests such as cross movement of C-shaped frame of multi-function gauge,temperature measurement of lower arm shell of C-shaped frame and standardized calibration curve of Multi-function Gauge for head and tail steel.The problem of false detection was effectively solved by adding mist cooling near the lower arm shell of Multifunction Gauge.Aiming at the problems of local high points and M-shaped profile in the middle and later period of the schedule,through the optimization of shifting strategy and the rolling schedule,the profile degradation was reduced to 51 tons from 243 tons per month.
