摘要
目的:分析生化指标在糖尿病患者临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:2017年6月-2019年8月收治糖尿病患者30例,作为试验组;另外选择同期行生化检验的健康受检者30例,作为对照组。比较两组生化检验的各项指标水平。结果:试验组脂蛋白、肌酸激酶、总胆红素、纤维结合蛋白水平均明显高于对照组,前白蛋白水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组检验有效率与糖耐量异常率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在糖尿病患者的临床诊断中应用生化检验,可根据患者生化指标水平了解疾病病变程度。
Objective:To analyze the application value of biochemical indicators in the clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients.Methods:From June 2017 to August 2019,30 patients with diabetes were selected as the experimental group.In addition,30 healthy subjects who underwent biochemical tests during the same period were selected as the control group.We compared the levels of various indicators of the two groups of biochemical tests.Results:The levels of lipoprotein,creatine kinase,total bilirubin,and fibronectin in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the levels of prealbumin were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Both the effective rate and the abnormal glucose tolerance rate in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of biochemical tests in the clinical diagnosis of diabetic patients can understand the degree of disease lesions according to the level of biochemical indicators of patients.
