摘要
目的:分析医养结合模式下不同药学服务对慢性病患者用药依从性的影响。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治慢性病患者68例,随机分为两组,各34例。对照组实施传统药学服务;试验组实施优质药学服务。比较两组患者用药依从性、满意度及生活质量评分。结果:试验组患者用药依从性及满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者生活质量评分也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医养结合模式下,慢性病患者接受优质药学服务后的用药依从性与满意度更高,且可获得更为理想的生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of different pharmaceutical services on medication compliance of patients with chronic diseases under the mode of integrated eldercare services with medical care.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,68 patients with chronic diseases were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group.The control group received traditional pharmaceutical care.The experimental group received high-quality pharmaceutical care.We compared the medication compliance,satisfaction and quality of life scores between the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,patients'medication compliance and satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the experimental group,the quality of life score was also higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the mode of integrated eldercare services with medical care,patients with chronic diseases have higher medication compliance and satisfaction after receiving high-quality pharmaceutical care,and patients can obtain more ideal quality of life.
