摘要
目的:探讨股骨近端抗旋髓内钉内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的效果研究.方法:选择2018年1月1日-2019年12月31日治疗的骨折患者67例作为研究对象,随机数字表分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=34).使近端锁定钢板内固定治疗对照组,使股骨近端抗旋髓内钉内固定治疗观察组.对比2组患者治疗后临床指标、FSC、FSD、CFC、ND、TW数据.结果:围术期,观察组手术切口长度、出血量等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的FSC、FSD、CFC、ND、TW均低于对照组(P<0.05).结论:抗旋髓内钉内固定手术可促进患者髋关节功能的恢复,改善临床手术指标,改善围术期的出血量,值得推广应用.
Objective:To explore the effect of proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation on femoral intertrochanteric fractures.Methods:A total of 67 patients with fractures treated from January 1,2018 to December 31,2019 were selected as the research object.The random number table was divided into a control group(n=33)and an observation group(n=34).The proximal locking plate was used to fix the treatment control group,and the proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail was used to fix the treatment observation group.The clinical indicators,FSC,FSD,CFC,ND,TW data of the two groups of patients after treatment were compared.Results:During the perioperative period,the incision length and bleeding volume of the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05);the FSC,FSD,CFC,ND and TW of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anti-rotation intramedullary nail internal fixation surgery can promote the recovery of hip function of patients,improve clinical surgical indicators,and improve the amount of perioperative bleeding,which is worthy of popularization and application.
