摘要
抗战时期,以周恩来为代表的南方局坚决贯彻中共中央组织建设的方针策略,恢复发展组织,壮大干部队伍。南方局的各级领导机构,适应形势发展,应对“反共逆流”,改变领导方式,转变组织形式,清理调整组织,实现了组织的巩固发展,开创了国统区党的组织建设的新局面,为完成党交给的各项任务奠定了坚实的组织基础。而始终坚持党的领导,坚持信仰上的坚定,坚持实践中的创新,以目标任务为方向,以制度建设为关键,以党员干部为基础则是南方局组织建设留下的宝贵经验与启示。
During the Anti-Japanese War,the south bureau represented by ZHOU Enlai resolutely carried out the policy and strategy of the CPC Central Committee’s organizational construction,restored and developed the organization,and strengthened the cadre team.The leading organs of the Southern Bureau at all levels adapted to the development of the situation,responded to the“anti-communist and counter-current”,changed the way of leadership,transformed the organizational form,cleaned up and adjusted the organization,realized the consolidation and development of the organization,created a new situation of the party organization construction in the Kuomintang controlled area,and laid a solid organizational foundation for the completion of the tasks given by the Party.And always adhere to the leadership of the Party,adhere to the faith of the firm,adhere to the innovation in practice,take the goal and task as the direction,take the system construction as the key,take the party member cadre as the basis are the precious experience and inspiration left by south bureau organization construction.
