摘要
介绍了基于虚拟仪器技术的动车组牵引传动测试系统的硬件设计和软件设计,提出了一种多通道、高采样率的同步数据采集实现方法。该系统具有测量通道数多达58通道,单通道同步采样率高达50 kS/s,测量功能全面涵盖电性能参数、机械参数、谐波THD和Jp值计算等,软件易操作和人机交互界面友好等特点,测试系统中上下位机采用TCP/IP网络通信进行实时数据传输,确保高速采集数据在传输过程中快速性、连续性和可靠性,并为标准动车组、城际动车组牵引传动系统的试验验证工作提供强有力的支撑。
This paper introduces the hardware design and soft design of the EMU traction drive test system based on virtual instrument technology,and proposes a method of synchronous data acquisition with multiple channels and high sampling rate.The system has up to 58 channels for measuring channels,and a single channel synchronization sampling rate up to 50 kS/s.The measurement function comprehensively covers electrical performance parameters,mechanical parameters,harmonic THD and Jp value calculations,etc.The software is easy to operate and the Human-Computer interactive interface is friendly.The upper and lower machines in the test system use TCP/IP network communication to transmit real-time data to ensure the speed,continuity and reliability of high speed data collection during transmission process,and providing strong support for the test and verification of standard EMUs and intercity EMUs traction transmission systems.
