摘要
目的:比较卡式微柱凝胶技术与聚凝胺法在血型鉴定、输血前红细胞不规则抗体检测中的应用效果。方法:600例接受检验的输血患者为研究对象,分别采用卡式微柱凝胶技术与聚凝胺法进行血型鉴定及红细胞不规则抗体检测。比较两种方法ABO血型、RhD血型鉴定准确率、不规则抗体检出情况及科室分布。结果:卡式微柱凝胶法ABO血型、RhD血型的一次性准确率均高于聚凝胺法。卡式微柱凝胶法的不规则抗体总检出率高于聚凝胺法(2.00%VS 0.33%)。14例不规则抗体阳性患者中,血液科、肾病科、感染科为主。既往有输血史12例,占85.71%。有妊娠史7例,占50.00%。结论:卡式微柱凝胶技术在ABO、RhD血型鉴定及输血前红细胞不规则抗体检测中具有更好的检测效果,操作方便易行,可有效保证临床输血的安全性。
Objective To compare the application effects of cassette microcolumn gel technology and polybrene method in blood group identification and detection of irregular antibodies in red blood cells before transfusion.Methods 600 blood transfusion patients who underwent testing were the subjects of study.The cassette microcolumn gel technique and polybrene method were used for blood group identification and red blood cell irregular antibody detection.Compare the two methods for ABO blood type,RhD blood type identification accuracy,irregular antibody detection and department distribution.Results The one-time accuracy of ABO blood type and RhD blood type of cassette microcolumn gel method were higher than that of polybrene method.The total detection rate of irregular antibodies in the cassette microcolumn gel method was higher than that of the polybrene method(2.00%VS 0.33%).Among the 14 patients with positive irregular antibodies,hematology,nephrology,and infection are the main ones.12 cases had a history of blood transfusion,accounting for 85.71%.7 cases had a history of pregnancy,accounting for 50.00%.Conclusion The cassette microcolumn gel technology has a better detection effect in ABO,RhD blood group identification and red blood cell irregular antibody detection before transfusion.It is easy to operate and can effectively ensure the safety of clinical blood transfusion.
