摘要
目的:对中医治疗联合康复护理对脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的预防作用及对血液流变学的影响进行分析。方法:选择96例脑卒中患者,随机分组,每组各48例,对照组采用常规护理方法,观察组采用中医康复护理方法,对两组患者的护理干预结果进行评定。结果:经观察,观察组患者下肢深静脉血栓形成率显著低于对照组,且观察组不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组,同时该组患者对于护理的满意度也明显高于对照组,观察组的下肢血液流变学指标也显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医治疗联合康复护理能够预防脑卒中患者下肢深静脉血栓形成,降低形成率,缓解患者下肢的疼痛及肿胀,有效改变下肢的血液流变学指标,改善医护关系,提高患者的满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective:To analyze the preventive effect of TCM medicine with rehabilitation nursing on the formation of deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities in stroke patients and its influence on hemorheology.Methods:96 stroke patients were randomly divided into groups,48 cases in each group.The control group used conventional nursing methods,and the observation group used TCM medicine rehabilitation nursing methods.The results of nursing interventions were assessed.Results:After observation,the rate of deep vein thrombosis in the observation group was significantly lower,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower.At the same time,patients in the observation group were also significantly more satisfied with nursing care than the control group.The blood rheology indexes of the lower limbs in the observation group were also significantly better,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM medicine treatment with rehabilitation nursing can prevent stroke patients from forming deep venous thrombosis,reduce the formation rate,relieve the pain and swelling of the patients’lower limbs,effectively change the blood rheology indexes of the lower limbs,improve the relationship between doctors and nurses,and increase patient satisfaction.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
