摘要
目的:探讨穴位中频电刺激联合穴位贴敷治疗全膝关节置换术后的疗效。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,将2015年1-12月的42例全膝关节置换术后患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予术后常规护理和功能锻炼,观察组在此此基础上加用穴位中频电刺激联合穴位贴敷,疗程2周。观察两组患者治疗前后的美国特种外科医院(Hospital for Special Surgery,HSS)膝关节功能评分、视觉模拟疼痛评分(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、膝上肿胀差值,记录两组患者并发症发生率。结果:治疗后14 d两组患者的VAS评分、膝上肿胀差值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗后14 d观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后14 d两组患者的HSS评分均较治疗前升高,且治疗后28 d观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:穴位中频电刺激联合穴位贴敷可以改善全膝关节置换术后患者膝关节功能,缓解疼痛,减轻肿胀和降低并发症发生率。
Objective:To explore the effect of acupoint intermediate frequency electrical stimulation with acupoint application on total knee arthroplasty.Methods:42 cases were randomly divided into the control group and observation group.The control group was given postoperative routine care and functional exercise,the observation group added acupoint intermediate frequency electrical stimulation plus acupoint application,and the treatment course was 2 weeks.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the VAS score and the difference in knee swelling in groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and after 14 days of treatment,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HSS scores of patients were higher than before treatment,and 28 days after treatment,the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative complications rate in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupointo intermediate frequency electrical stimulation combined with acupoint application can improve knee function,relieve pain,reduce swelling,and reduce the incidence of complications after total knee arthroplasty.
