基于ISM-MICMAC的装配式建筑多空间调度影响因素分析 被引量:8

摘要 装配式建筑固有的生产、运输、装配多空间调度特点,导致其与现行传统现浇建筑的调度节点存在诸多不兼容之处,制约了装配式建筑的快速发展。如何从多空间特点出发优化装配式建筑的项目调度,成为行业和学术界热切关注的焦点问题。本文运用文献研究、现场调研、问卷调查等方法辨识出14个关键影响因素,采用解释结构模型(ISM)揭示各因素之间的层级结构关系,借助交叉影响矩阵相乘法(MICMAC)从驱动力和依赖性角度对各影响因素进行机理分析。研究结果表明:信息技术应用与总承包管理水平是优化装配式建筑多空间项目调度的深层次影响因素,对其他因素有较强的影响,驱动力较强;而配送方案与车型选用是直接影响因素并受其他因素影响较大,依赖性较强。 Due to the inherent characteristics of multi-space scheduling of production,transportation and assembly of prefabricated building,there are many incompatibles between prefabricated building and the scheduling nodes of traditional cast-in-place building,which highly restricts the development of prefabricated building.How to optimize prefabricated building in terms of the these characteristics has been attention by both side of the industry and academic.In this paper,literature research,field investigation,questionnaire survey and other methods were used to identify 14 key influencing factors.ISM model was adopted to reveal the hierarchical structure relationship among various factors,and MICMAC model was employed to analyze the mechanism of each factor from the perspective of driving force and dependence.The results show that the application of information technology and the level of general contracting management are the deep-seated influencing factors for the optimization of prefabricated building multi-space project scheduling,and they have strong influence and driving force on other factors.The distribution scheme and model selection are the direct influencing factors and are greatly influenced by other factors,so they are highly dependent.
