摘要
新余新良特殊钢有限责任公司为满足客户需求,研发生产一种石油管线钢14MnVNb圆坯。针对石油管线钢14MnVNb制定了生产工艺路线及过程控制。文中采用高铁水比冶炼工艺,通过精炼炉制备高碱度炉渣,使渣中FeO含量由1.0%降低至0.5%,钢液中硫含量平均降至0.0011%;真空脱气炉控制不同阶段钢包氩气的流量和压力,脱氢率从50.00%提高到83.01%,并且每炉钢氢的质量分数都在1.0×10-6以下。生产出的钢材化学成分合格且经非金属夹杂物及低倍组织鉴定,产品质量合格。公司成功生产出了石油管线钢14MnVNb圆坯,且生产出的产品质量达标,深受客户满意。
Xinyu Xinliang Special Steel Co.,Ltd.is developing and producing 14MnVNb round billet for oil pipeline steel in order to meet the needs of customers.The production process route and process control of 14MnVNb pipeline steel were formulated.In this paper,high hot metal ratio smelting process was used to prepare high basicity slag in refining furnace.FeO content in slag was reduced from 1.0%to 0.5%,and sulfur content in molten steel was reduced to 0.0011%.Vacuum degassing furnace controls the flow and pressure of argon in ladle at different stages,and increased the dehydrogenation rate increases from 50.00%to 83.01%,and the mass fraction of hydrogen in each furnace was below 1.0×10-6.The chemical composition of the produced steel is qualified,and the product quality is also qualified after the identification of non-metallic inclusions and macrostructure.The company has successfully produced 14MnVNb round billet for oil pipeline steel,and the quality of the products has reached the standard,which is satisfied by customers.
