摘要
社区营造关键在于对社区资源挖掘、社区居民参与过程中重建共同体,从而实现社区可持续发展的过程。欠发达地区农村的社区营造与城市社区营造存在显著差异,城市社区营造经验难以契合欠发达地区农村社区营造的内在机理。欠发达地区农村发展中面临着公共基础设施差、资金缺乏,青年劳动力大量外流,村民再组织化乏力等现实困境;但也存在社区居民异质性分化弱、富有闲暇的老年群体,外出村民的“乡愁”记忆及村庄社会传统规范的惯性与公共舆论等社区营造的潜在优势。基于社区营造理念,可以从人、组织力、文化、产业、环境等方面,探寻欠发达地区农村社区营造的具体机制与可能路径。
Community building lies in the process of community resources extraction and community residents’participation,to achieve sustainable development of communities.As for community building,there are significant differences between rural communities in underdeveloped areas and urban communities.Meanwhile,the building experiences of the urban are not suitable for those of the rural.In underdeveloped areas,the rural development is faced with such practical difficulties as poor public infrastructure,lack of funds,large outflow of young labor force,and lack of reorganization of villagers.However,there are also potential advantages:weak differentiation of community residents,elderly group available,the“homesickness”memory of the out-of-town villagers,traditional village norms and public opinion.Based on the concept of community building,we can explore the specific mechanism and possible path of rural community building in underdeveloped areas from the aspects of people,organizational power,culture,industry and environment.
