摘要
通过对3份疑似鸡白痢沙门氏菌病的病料进行分离培养,共分离出3株病原菌,经染色镜检、生化鉴定等实验室诊断方法,以及动物回归试验,判定3株病原菌均为鸡白痢沙门氏菌。用药敏纸片扩散法对分离的3株鸡白痢沙门氏菌进行了10种常用抗生素的耐药性检测。结果表明:恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、氟哌酸、链霉素为低敏药物,其他6种药物为中、高敏药物。其中链霉素产生的耐药性最强,头孢噻呋对其最敏感。
Three strains of Salmonella pullorum were isolated from three suspected samples of Salmonella pullorum.The three strains were identified as Salmonella pullorum by laboratory diagnostic methods such as staining microscopy,biochemical identification and animal regression test.Drug sensitivity disk diffusion method was used to detect the drug resistance of 10 common antibiotics in 3 strains of Salmonella pullorum.The results showed that enrofloxacin,ciprofloxacin,norfloxacin and streptomycin were low sensitive drugs,while the other six drugs were medium and high sensitive drugs.Streptomycin is the most resistant,and ceftiofur is the most sensitive.
