摘要
化工行业中,生产装置的操作大量采用DCS(Distributed Control System)集散控制系统,其供电均采用UPS(Uninterruptible Power System)不间断电源供电,以提高供电的可靠性,但UPS故障时,若不能成功切换到自动旁路运行,则会造成供电电源的中断,对生产系统带来较大影响。通过采用STS(Static Transfer Switch)静态开关的快速切换功能与UPS互补,可有效提高供电的可靠性。
In the chemical industry,DCS(distributed control system)is widely used in the operation of production plants,and UPS(uninterruptible power system)is used for power supply to improve the reliability of power supply.However,if the UPS fails,and if it fails to switch to the automatic bypass operation,it will cause the interruption of the power supply,which will have a greater impact on the production system.By adopting the fast switching function of STS(Static Transfer Switch)to complement the UPS,it can effectively improve the reliability of power supply.
