摘要
目的:探讨养阴益肾汤联合内分泌治疗对晚期前列腺癌的临床价值。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年5月因罹患晚期前列腺癌在笔者所在医院接受治疗的74例患者为研究对象,随机设为研究组与对照组。对照组(n=37)采用内分泌治疗,研究组(n=37)则采用内分泌治疗与养阴益肾汤相结合的方案。比较两组治疗效果,治疗前后的症状评分及中医症候积分,并比较两组治疗前后的血清肿瘤标志物水平。结果:与对照组相比,研究组总有效率较高(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后相比,研究组I-PSS总分及中医症候积分均较低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后相比,研究组PSA及fPSA指标均较低(P<0.05)。结论:对晚期前列腺癌患者采用内分泌联合养阴益肾汤治疗,其效果较好,有助于缓解患者的临床症状,改善其血清肿瘤标志物水平,利于临床推广应用。
Objective:To explore the application value of Yangyin Yishen Decoction combined with endocrine therapy for advanced prostate cancer.Method:From May 2018 to May 2020,74 patients who were treated in our hospital for advanced prostate cancer were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly set as the study group and the control group.The control group used endocrine therapy,and the study group used a combination of endocrine therapy and Yangyin Yishen Decoction.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared,the symptom scores before and after treatment and the TCM symptom scores were compared,and the serum tumor marker levels of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Result:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05);compared with the control group after treatment,the total I-PSS score and TCM syndrome score of the study group were lower(P<0.05);compared with the control group,the PSA and fPSA indexes were lower in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of endocrine combined with Yangyin Yishen Decoction for patients with advanced prostate cancer has a good effect,which can help relieve the patients’clinical symptoms,improve their serum tumor marker levels,and facilitate clinical application.
