摘要
目的:探讨补肾益气活血化痰方联合血塞通软胶囊治疗腔隙性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法:选取2018年5月-2020年8月笔者所在医院收治的腔隙性脑梗死患者80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)和研究组(40例),对照组给予血塞通软胶囊治疗;研究组给予补肾益气活血化痰方联合血塞通软胶囊治疗,两组患者均接受28 d治疗。对比两组患者的疗效以及安全性。结果:治疗前,两组中医临床症状积分、ADL评分、神经功能缺损评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组的感觉异常、半身不遂、气短乏力、口眼歪斜、言语蹇涩、自汗出分数均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的ADL评分、神经功能缺损评分均提高,组间对比,研究组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组临床总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率77.50%,研究组治疗有效率更高(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,但组间对比差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.883,P>0.05)。结论:补肾益气活血化痰方联合血塞通软胶囊治疗腔隙性脑梗死疗效显著,能有效改善临床症状,改善神经功能,提升生活能力,安全性高,值得推广。
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction combined with Xuesaitong Soft Capsule in treating lacunar infarction.Method:Eighty patients with lacunar cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to August 2020 were randomly divided into control group(40 cases)and research group(40 cases).The control group was treated with Xuesaitong Soft Capsule.The study group was treated with Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction combined with Xuesaitong Soft Capsule,and both groups were treated for 28 days.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM clinical symptom score,ADL score and neurological deficit score between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,abnormal sensation,hemiplegia,shortness of breath,facial distortion,slurred speech and spontaneous perspiration scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The ADL score and neurological deficit score of the two groups increased,which was superior in research group to the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,while that of the control group was 77.50%,and the treatment effective rate of the study group was higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(χ^(2)=2.883,P>0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Yiqi Huoxue Huatan Decoction combined with Xuesaitong Soft Capsule is effective in the treatment of lacunar infarction,which can effectively improve clinical symptoms,improve neurological function and enhance living ability,and is safe and worthy of promotion.
