摘要
根据连铸出坯辊道减速机的结构,结合连铸坯撞击出坯辊道的原因及其撞击时间,校核了减速机高速轴小齿轮的弯曲疲劳强度,推导出在连铸板坯对出坯辊道的冲击载荷下高速轴小齿轮弯曲疲劳强度严重偏低,从而导致经常断齿。在原工况条件下,通过增加减速机中心高,优化配置减速机各级传动比、中心距、齿宽、模数等参数,得出出坯辊道减速机的合理结构,优化后减速机的齿根弯曲疲劳强度和齿面接触疲劳强度均能满足现场工况要求。
Based on configuration of continuous casting blank discharging roll table reduction machine,combining with cause and time of continuous casting blank impacting blank discharging roll table,bending fatigue strength of reduction machine high-speed shaft pinion has been verified,it concluded that bending fatigue strength of high-speed shaft pinion was seriously low during impact loading of continuous casting blank on blank discharging roll table and tooth fracture occurred frequently.By increasing center height and optimizing parameters of transmission ratio,center distance,tooth width and module of reduction machine,reasonable configuration of blank discharging roll table reduction machine has been determined in the condition of original working status,finally both of tooth root bending fatigue strength and tooth surface contact fatigue strength of the optimized reduction machine could accomplish worksite condition requirements.
