基于TS-IPSO混合算法的大型配电网扩展规划 被引量:3

摘要 配电网优化扩容是配电网扩展规划中的常见问题,利用优化算法在技术约束条件下使总成本降到最低。提出了一种禁忌搜索(TS)和改进粒子群优化(IPSO)混合算法来优化配电网扩展规划,利用TS算法改进了PSO算法中的粒子运动,得到了TS-IPSO混合算法,兼容了增加变电站扩建等低维问题和配电网馈线扩建等高维问题。在IPSO算法中,加入了局部搜索作为智能变异来改善算法在收敛条件下的馈线扩建。并将所提出的TS-IPSO混合算法应用于3种不同的配电网进行了实例分析。结果表明,在大型配电网扩建规划中,TS-IPSO混合算法比其他算法具有更强的运算能力。 The optimal expansion of distribution network is a common problem in the expansion planning of distribution network.The optimization algorithm is used to minimize the total cost under technical constraints.A hybrid algorithm of tabu search(TS)and improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)is proposed to optimize distribution network expansion planning.The particle motion in PSO algorithm is improved by TS algorithm,and TS-IPSO hybrid algorithm is obtained,which is compatible with low dimensional problems such as substation expansion and high dimensional problems such as feeder expansion.In IPSO algorithm,local search is added as intelligent variation to improve the feeder extension under convergence condition.The proposed TS-IPSO hybrid algorithm is applied to three different distribution networks for example analysis.The results show that TS-IPSO hybrid algorithm has stronger computing power than other algorithms in large-scale distribution network expansion planning.
