摘要
在化学检测手段中,分析水质情况的谱学手段有很多,而原子光谱法中的原子荧光光谱在分析检测中占有很重要的地位。原子荧光光谱是一种处于原子发射光谱(AES)和原子吸收光谱(AAS)之间的光谱分析技术。在50多年的发展道路下,因其具有2种技术的优点,同时又克服了两者的不足,得到专家学者的广泛关注和深入研究。介绍了目前原子荧光法在水体中砷、硒、汞的应用及其发展,并对其在现实水质安全检测中的作用进行了评价。此外,对原子荧光法在测定水体中的砷、硒、汞的未来发展进行了展望。
In chemical detection methods,there are many spectroscopic methods for analyzing water quality,and atomic fluorescence spectroscopy in atomic spectroscopy occupies a very important position in analysis and detection.Atomic fluorescence spectroscopy is a spectral analysis technique between atomic emission spectroscopy(AES)and atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS).Under the development path of more than 50 years,because of its advantages of two technologies and at the same time overcoming the shortcomings of both,it has received extensive attention and in-depth research from experts and scholars.In this article,the authors briefly introduced the current application and development of arsenic,selenium,and mercury in water bodies by atomic fluorescence,and made a simple evaluation of its role in actual water quality safety testing.In addition,they also looked forward to the future development of atomic fluorescence in the determination of arsenic,selenium,and mercury in water bodies.
