摘要
为了城市建设得到更好的发展,政府会对一些工程建设项目进行投资,在投资前需要对工程项目进行相关的预算评审,从而让其工程建设的市场环境保持相应秩序,并以此对工程标价掌控在理想范围内,提高财政资金的使用效益,避免投资预算出现超支的现象。
In order to better develop urban construction,the government will invest in some engineering construction projects.Before investment,it is necessary to carry out relevant budget review of the project,so as to keep the market environment of its construction in a corresponding order,and thus control the engineering bid price in an ideal range,improve the use efficiency of financial funds and avoid the overspending of investment budget.
