市售电动牙刷现状调查及循证医学应用建议 被引量:1

Survey on Electric Toothbrush Sale on the Market and Evidence-Based Suggestions on its Selection

摘要 目的调查电动牙刷产品主要清洁性能信息并给予循证医学证据建议。方法5名调查员在郑州市现场调查市售电动牙刷产品17项主要性能信息。归类描述分析结果信息,并梳理循证医学证据。结果共调查到16个品牌40种型号产品,其中32种(型号占比80.00%)为成人型电动牙刷。成人产品以声波型(68.80%)型居多,主要是椭圆形(62.50%)刷头,长度平均为(18.74±3.96)mm。儿童产品以左右摆动旋转运动型(62.50%)居多,主要是圆形(50.00%)刷头,平均长度为(13.30±3.53)mm。结论市售电动牙刷产品以旋转摆动型和声波型清洁方式居多,椭圆形和圆形多见,多数为中小型刷头。循证医学信息更加支持具有旋转运动方式的电动牙刷的清洁效果;软毛、羽状薄边结构布局、锥顶刷毛的牙刷对组织更健康。 Objective To investigate main cleaning parameters of electric toothbrushes as well as proving evidence-based suggestions on its selection.Methods Seventeen main performance information of electric toothbrush products were investigated by five investigators on the market in Zhengzhou.The information of the analysis results were classified and described,and the evidence-based medicine evidences were combed.Results Totally 40 models of 16 brands of electric toothbrush were recorded.Among them,32 models(80.0%)of all electric toothbrushes were adult type.Sonic type(68.8%)was the main electric toothbrush model for adult.The brush head of adult type was mainly in oval shape(62.5%),having an average axis size of(18.74±3.96)mm.Electric toothbrush with oscillation-rotation action(62.5%)was more frequently seen among models for children.The brush head of children type was mainly in round shape(50.0%),having an average axis size of(13.30±3.53)mm.Conclusion Sonic and oscillation-rotation action were the main cleaning models of products of electric toothbrushes.The shape of the brush head were mainly oval and round,being frequently medium or small sized.Current evidence support that oscillation-rotation type electric toothbrush is superior in cleaning result,and brush with soft,feathered and tapered bristle design are more healthy to tissues.
