复合钢管紧密度指标分析

摘要 介绍了国内复合钢管紧密度指标要求情况;以应用较多的水压复合工艺为例,分析复合钢管材料匹配与紧密度的关系。分析认为:设计内衬复合钢管时,为了获得较高的紧密度,基管和衬管的强化屈服强度之比必须大于等于其弹性模量之比;内衬材料为316L不锈钢或N08825镰基合金时,如果要求复合管有较高的紧密度,基管材料的钢级应在L360以上;虽然采用非水压复合工艺有可能获得较高的紧密度,但采用水压复合工艺生产的产品整体质量更好。 Briefed here in the article are the requirements for home-made clad steel tubes.Taking the commonly-used hydraulic cladding process as an example,the relation between the clad steel pipe material-mating and the tightness is analyzed.It is regarded via the analysis that when designing the internally-lined clad pipe,for getting rather high tightness,the enhanced yield strength ratio between the base pipe and the lining pipe must be bigger than or at least equal to their plastic modulus ratio;in case of the internal lining material as the 316L stainless steel or the N08825 Inconel,in order to get rather high tightness of the clad pipe,the steel grade of the base pipe should be above L360;although it is possible to get rather high tightness with the non-hydraulic cladding process,the overall quality of the pipe as produced with the hydraulic cladding process is much better.
