摘要
高纯度的氟钽酸钾是制备高纯5N(99.999%)钽锭的基础原料,现有体系下生产的氟钽酸钾纯度可达到4N(99.99%),为了提升高纯氟钽酸钾的品质,使其适宜于超高纯钽锭的生产,需要对装备和工艺技术进行改进和优化。从萃取设备的改进入手,深入研究萃取、结晶除杂工艺,在生产过程中严格控制主要化学杂质元素的引入途径,使氟钽酸钾进一步得到纯化。
High purity potassium fluotantalate is the basic material for preparation of high purity 5N(99.999%)tantalum ingot,the purity of the potassium fluotantalate produced by the existing system can reach to 4N(99.99%),therefore the equipments and the process technologies shall be improved and optimized in order to produce tantalum ingot with super high purity.The improvement is stared from extraction equipment,the extraction,crystallizing and purification process is studied deeply,the introducing way of main chemical impurity elements shall be strictly controlled in the production process,therefore the potassium fluotantalate can be purified further.
