摘要
以干燥桑叶为原料,分别以不同体积分数乙醇作为提取溶剂,利用浸提法(SLE)和超声辅助提取法(UAE)制备桑叶提取物,并对桑叶提取物的体外总抗氧化能力和清除DPPH自由基的效果进行了比较。结果表明,50%乙醇为提取溶剂时,SLE法和UAE法的提取得率最大值分别为23.65%、26.50%。75%乙醇为提取溶剂时,SLE法和UAE法制备的桑叶提取物中总酚含量最大值分别为13.75mg/g、17.11mg/g,且抗氧化能力也为最大值,其中100μg/mL桑叶提取物的总抗氧化能力分别为0.1346、0.1422,清除DPPH自由基的IC50值分别为1.987mg/mL、1.816mg/mL。利用UAE法且提取溶剂为75%乙醇的条件下制备的桑叶提取物抗氧化效果较好,其抗氧化活性与桑叶中总酚含量具有相关性。
Solvent extraction(SLE)and ultrasonic assisted extraction(UAE)with different volume fraction of ethanol as solvent extraction were used to prepare mulberry leaf extracts from dried mulberry leaves,respectively.Total antioxidant capacity and DPPH free radicals remove rate of above extracts were studied.The results showed that the extraction yield of SLE and UAE method reached the maximum value as extraction solvent of 50%ethanol,which were 23.65%and 26.50%,respectively.The total phenol content and antioxidant capacity of mulberry leaf extracts prepared by SLE and UAE method reached the maximum value with extraction solvent of 75%ethanol,the total phenol content was 13.75mg/g and 17.11mg/g,respectively.The total antioxidant capacity of 100μg/mL mulberry leaf extracts was 0.1346 and 0.1422,respectively,and the IC50 value of DPPH radical scavenging was 1.987mg/mL and 1.816 mg/mL.The antioxidant effect of mulberry leaf extracts prepared by UAE method with 75%ethanol extraction solvent is better,and the content of total phenol in mulberry leaves is correlated with its antioxidant activity.
