轻质蜂窝夹层复合材料的制备及其吸波性能研究 被引量:7

摘要 研究并制备出吸波性能优异的轻质导电炭黑/聚氨酯树脂(CB/PUR)芳纶蜂窝夹层复合材料。将导电炭黑分散至聚氨酯树脂中,得到CB/PUR浆料,采用浸渍法制备了轻质CB/PUR蜂窝夹层复合吸波材料。利用扫描电子显微镜对制备的轻质CB/PUR芳纶蜂窝夹层复合吸波材料进行微观结构表征,研究增重量和双层结构对吸波性能的影响。结果显示,一定增重量下,双层结构时,复合材料表现出优异的微波吸收性能。 Light CB/PUR honeycomb sandwich composites with excellent absorbing properties were prepared.CB/PUR paste was formed by dispersing conductive carbon black into waterborne polyurethane resin.Light CB/PUR honeycomb sandwich composite absorbing material was prepared by impregnation method.Scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to characterize the microstructure of the absorbing material,and the effects of weight gain and the number of layers of the composite on the absorbing property were studied.The microstructural analysis showed that CB/PUR impregnated layer was closely bound to the honeycomb wall,and the impregnated layer thickness of the absorbing material under 10%,20%and 30%weight increase was 20~30μm,40~45μm,50~60μm,respectively.The absorbing material was successfully composite.The results of microwave reflectivity test shown that the absorbing material had no obvious absorbing ability when the weight was 30%,but the absorbing material coating had excellent microwave absorbing performance when the weight was 10%and 20%,and when the structure was double layer.When the weight was 20%and the double-layer structure was built,the coating shown the best absorbing performance,with the maximum absorbing strength of-16 dB and effective absorbing bandwidth of 18 GHz,which covered the whole measurement frequency band,and shown excellent broadband absorbing performance.In addition,when the weight was increased by 10%,the double layer structure also realized the radar wave measurement frequency band of 13 GHz absorption.
