摘要
随着绿色能源行业的发展,液化天然气(LNG)行业的核心装备——换热器的研究越来越重要。对LNG换热器管嘴热膨胀量进行研究,通过换热器的材料、温度差和压力等因素,确定换热器的膨胀补偿件选型,延长换热器的使用寿命,为后续浮式储存再气化装置(FSRU)项目的推广使用奠定基础。
With the development of green energy industry,it is more and more important to study the core equipment of LNG industry-heat exchanger.The thermal expansion amount of LNG heat exchanger nozzle s studied.The selection of expansion compensation parts of the heat exchanger is determined through the factors of equipment material,temperature,pressure and so on,so as to extend the applicable life of the heat exchanger and lay a foundation for the promotion and use of the actual FSRU project in the future.
