摘要
目的:分析双瓣法鼓膜修补手术治疗鼓膜大穿孔的效果。方法:2018年1月-2020年4月收治鼓膜大穿孔患者59例(72只患耳),随机数字表法分为两组。试验组给予双瓣法鼓膜修补手术治疗;参照组给予内植法鼓膜修补手术治疗。比较两组治疗效果,统计两组患者对于治疗效果的满意率。结果:试验组鼓膜愈合率略高于参照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组听力改善率明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组病情复发率明显低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗效果满意率比参照组显著提升(P<0.05)。结论:双瓣法鼓膜修补手术治疗鼓膜大穿孔效果较好,且预后状况较佳,有助于改善患者鼓膜愈合情况,促进听力状况,减少病情复发,明显提升患者对于治疗效果的总体满意程度,增加了手术治疗的安全性和有效性。
Objective:To analyze the effect of two-flap myringoplasty in the treatment of large perforation of tympanic membrane.Methods:From January 2018 to April 2020,59 cases of patients with large perforation of tympanic membrane(72 affected ears)were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with two-flap myringoplasty.The reference group was treated with internal transplantation myringoplasty.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared,Count the proportions of the two groups of patients who are satisfied with the treatment effect.Results:The healing rate of tympanic membrane in experimental group was slightly higher than that in reference group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The hearing improvement rate in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportion of patients in the experimental group who are satisfied with the treatment effect is significantly improved compared with the content of the research item in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Two-flap myringoplasty is effective in the treatment of large perforation of tympanic membrane,and the prognosis is better,which is helpful to improve the healing of tympanic membrane,promote hearing condition of patients,Significantly improve the overall satisfaction of patients with the treatment effect,reduce the recurrence of the disease,and increase the safety and effectiveness of surgical treatment.
