摘要
目的:分析不同剂量沙美特罗替卡松治疗支气管哮喘患者对改善哮喘症状的安全性。方法:2015年6月-2020年6月收治支气管哮喘患者300例,奇偶数法分为两组,各150例,均应用沙美特罗替卡松治疗;观察组用量为50/500μg,对照组为50/250μg。比较两组疗效、症状及肺功能指标水平。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后肺部哮鸣音评分、咳嗽评分、气喘评分均低于对照组,治疗10 d后肺功能指标水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗1个月和3个月后肺功能指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘在急性发作期建议采用高剂量沙美特罗替卡松治疗,可有效缓解症状,进入稳定期,以低剂量维持治疗,持续改善患者肺功能,同时减轻用药负担。
Objective:To analyze the safety of different doses of salmeterol and fluticasone in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:From June 2015 to June 2020,300 patients with bronchial asthma were selected,they were divided into the two groups by odd and even number method with 150 cases in each group.They were all treated with salmeterol and fluticasone.The dosage was 50/500μg in the observation group and 50/250μg in the control group.The curative effect,symptoms and pulmonary function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of pulmonary wheezing,cough and asthma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,the level of pulmonary function index in the observation group was better than that in the control group 10 days after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of pulmonary function between the two groups after 1 month and 3 months of treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:High-dose salmeterol fluticasone is recommended for the treatment of bronchial asthma in the acute attack,which can effectively relieve the symptoms,enter the stable stage,maintain the treatment with low dose,continuously improve the pulmonary function of the patients,and reduce the burden of medication at the same time.
