摘要
目的:研究花青素对急性肾损伤小鼠肾组织丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)的影响及意义。方法:将120只C57小鼠随机分为对照组、花青素组、脂多糖组、脂多糖+花青素组,给予相应干预后取肾组织及血标本,检测肾组织MDA、SOD、T-AOC水平及肾功能。结果:应用脂多糖后小鼠尿素氮、肌酐水平明显增高,而经花青素干预后尿素氮、肌酐水平明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。花青素组与对照组MDA、SOD、T-AOC水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);应用脂多糖后MDA含量增加,SOD、T-AOC含量减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而经花青素干预后脂多糖+花青素组MDA含量下降,SOD、T-AOC含量上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:花青素有较好的抗氧化作用,可有效降低脓毒症急性肾损伤小鼠肌酐、尿素氮水平,对肾功能有较好的保护作用。
Objective:To study the effect and significance of anthocyanin on MDA,SOD and T-AOC in renal tissue of mice with acute kidney injury.Methods:120 cases of C57 mice were randomly divided into control group,anthocyanins group,lipoglycan group and lipoglycan+anthocyanins group.Kidney tissues and blood specimens were taken after the corresponding intervention,to detect the levels of MDA,SOD,T-AOC and renal function in kidney tissue.Results:After the application of lipopolysaccharide,the levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine in mice were significantly increased,however,the levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine decreased significantly after the intervention of anthocyanins,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MDA,SOD and T-AOC levels between the anthocyanin group and the control group were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After the application of lipopolysaccharide,the content of MDA increased,and the content of SOD and T-AOC decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After anthocyanin intervention,MDA content in LPS+anthocyanin group decreased,while SOD and T-AOC content increased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anthocyanin has a good antioxidant effect and protective effect on renal function,which can effectively reduce creatinine and urea nitrogen levels in mice with acute renal injury of sepsis.
