摘要
针对智能印章存在的问题,基于UCD研究方法,探索智能印章创新设计,以便更好地满足用户需求的目的。基于UCD设计思维与方法,研究分析智能印章的主要用户和主要使用场景,对主要用户进行调研并提取其功能和情感方面的使用需求,提出基于UCD方法的智能印章设计方法和设计方案。设计了一款智能印章,经过可用性测试,该智能印章可以更好地满足用户使用需求。UCD方法可以对智能印章创新研发设计提供指导。
Aiming at the problems of smart seals,based on UCD research methods,explore the innovative design of smart seals to better meet the needs of users.Based on UCD design thinking and methods,the main users and main usage scenarios of smart seals are researched and analyzed.The main users are investigated and their functional and emotional use needs are extracted.The smart seal design methods and design schemes based on the UCD method are proposed.A smart seal was designed.After usability testing,the smart seal can better meet the needs of users.The UCD method can provide guidance for the innovative R&D and design of smart seals.
