与传统切割方法相比,激光切割具有明显的优势。激光切割采用非接触加工技术,切割精度高,缝窄效果明显。在当前的工业形势下,激光切割的优势已经得到了广泛的认可,国内的钣金行业在多年的发展过程中不断地改进了对加工材料的切割工艺,大大提高了生产效率,此外还表现出降低生产成本和提高切割质量的优势。随着制造业的进一步发展,对激光切割质量的要求越来越高,而切割后的质量检测无法满足客户及时止损、尽早干预的需求。因此,智能化过程监控成为首选解决方案,在切割前穿孔和切割中进行监测,并将信号实时反馈,确保稳定生产和较高的切割质量。
Compared with traditional cutting methods,laser cutting has obvious advantages.Laser cutting adopts non-contact technology,with high cutting precision and obvious narrow seam effect.In the current industrial situation,the advantages of laser cutting have been widely recognized.The domestic sheet metal industry has continuously improved the cutting process of processing materials in the development process of many years,greatly improving the production efficiency.In addition,it also shows the advantages of reducing production costs and improving the cutting quality.However,with the further development of the manufacturing industry,the requirements for the quality of laser cutting are higher and higher,and the quality detection after cutting can not meet the needs of customers'timely stop loss and early intervention.Therefore,intelligent process monitoring has become the preferred solution,monitoring before and during cutting,real-time signal feedback to ensure stable production and high cutting quality.
