摘要
绿水青山就是金山银山,建设生态文明,关系人民福祉,关乎民族未来。开展绿色制造体系试点建设是全面推进工业绿色发展的重要工作之一,对缓解当前资源约束具有积极作用,绿色工厂以及绿色企业的创建有助于建立高效、清洁、低碳、循环的绿色制造体系。本文针对中国石化九江分公司申报国家工业和信息化部(简称工信部)、中国石油和化学工业联合会(简称石化联合会)、中国石油化工集团公司(简称中国石化)组织的绿色工厂、绿色企业申请获批的情况,分析各类绿色制造申报平台的方法和途径,总结了绿色创建在中国石化炼化企业生态文明建设中取得的成效,分享成功申报和创建的经验,为石油化工企业申报绿色工厂和绿色制造体系建设提供了经验参考。
Green water and green mountains are golden mountains and silver mountains.The construction of ecological civilization is related to the well-being of the people and the future of the nation.The pilot construction of green manufacturing system is one of the important tasks to promote the green development of industry in an all-round way,which plays a positive role in easing the current resource constraints.The establishment of green factories and green enterprises is conducive to the establishment of an efficient,clean,low-carbon and circular green manufacturing system.This paper focuses on the application and approval of green factories and enterprises organized by the Ministry of industry and information technology of the people's Republic of China(MIIT),China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation(Sinopec Federation)and China Petrochemical Corporation(Sinopec),analyzes the methods and approaches of various kinds of green manufacturing declaration platforms,summarizes the achievements of green creation in the construction of ecological civilization of Sinopec refining and chemical enterprises,and shares the successful experience of declaration and creation,which provides experience reference for petrochemical enterprises to declare green factories and green manufacturing system construction.
