摘要
采用热模拟压缩试验和热膨胀试验研究了X80M钢奥氏体高温变形行为和连续冷却相变规律,制定了控轧控冷参数,进行了工业生产。研究结果表明:控轧控冷工艺中末道次变形量大于25%可发生完全再结晶,晶粒尺寸显著细化,冷却速率在20~25℃/s时,获得比例合适的针状铁素体+贝氏体。钢带屈强比为0.86左右,-20℃冲击功不低于370 J,-15℃落锤剪切面积不小于95%,夏比V型冲击韧脆转变温度为-45℃,保证焊管后具有低包辛格强度变化、低韧脆转变温度和优良的抗屈曲失稳特性。
The high-temperature deformation behavior and continuous cooling phase transformation law for austenite of X80M steel are studied with thermal simulation compression and thermal expansion tests as well as the parameters of controlled rolling and controlled cooling are formulated and the industrial production is carried out.The study results showed that the deformation in final pass of controlled rolling and controlled cooling process was greater than 25%and it could be with perfect recrystallization,grain size was significantly refined and acicular ferrite+bainite with suitable proportion was obtained when the cooling rate was 20~25℃/s,the yield ratio of steel strip was about 0.86,impact energy at-20℃was not lower than 370 J,shearing area of drop-weight test at-15℃was not smaller than 95%as well as ductile-brittle transition temperature of Charpy V test was-45℃to ensure the welded pipe to be with low bauschinger strength variation and ductile-brittle transition temperature and excellent resistance to buckling instability.
