摘要
目的:研究护理预警联合导乐陪伴式分娩护理模式对产妇自然分娩率的影响。方法:选择2017年10月—2020年7月于巩义瑞康医院妇产科生产的120例产妇,按随机数字表法分为两组,每组各60例。对照组实施常规助产护理,观察组给予护理预警联合导乐陪伴式分娩护理,对比两组自然分娩率、自然分娩产妇分娩疼痛评分、产后出血量、新生儿Apgar评分。结果:干预后,观察组自然分娩率为96.67%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05);观察组自然分娩产妇分娩疼痛评分为(5.24±1.15)分,低于对照组的(7.33±1.28)分,产后出血量为(145.63±20.59)ml,少于对照组的(226.65±33.47)ml,新生儿Apgar评分为(8.85±0.48)分,高于对照组的(7.52±0.76)分(P<0.05)。结论:护理预警联合导乐陪伴式分娩护理模式在提高产妇自然分娩率、降低分娩疼痛等方面效果较好,且能够减少产后出血量,改善新生儿身体状况。
Objective:To study the effect of early warning combined with Doula delivery nursing mode on the natural delivery rate.Methods:From October 2017 to July 2020,120 pregnant women in the hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group.The delivery rate was compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the natural delivery rate of the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 80.00%of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The delivery pain score of the observation group was(5.24±1.15)points,lower than(7.33±1.28)points of the control group,postpartum hemorrhage volume(145.63±20.59)ml,less than(226.65±33.47)ml of the control group,neonatal Apgar score was(8.85±0.48)points,higher than(7.52±0.76)points of the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing early warning combined with Doula delivery nursing mode has good effect on improving the natural delivery rate and reducing labor pain,and can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and improve the physical condition of newborns.
